CertusAudit ("we," "us," "our") is operated by NuStack Digital Ventures. By using this service you agree to these terms.

Service Description

CertusAudit is an automated WCAG 2.1 AA compliance scan tool for government and public-sector websites. We provide a free compliance scan and an optional full compliance report for a one-time fee.

Payment Terms

• The full compliance report is priced at $299 (one-time, USD).
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• No refunds will be issued after the report has been delivered.
• If your report is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Disclaimer

CertusAudit reports are generated by automated scanning tools. They are not a substitute for a certified manual accessibility audit and do not constitute legal advice. Results reflect the state of your website at the time of the scan and may not capture all accessibility barriers. Compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA as identified by our tool does not guarantee compliance with the ADA, Section 508, or any other law. Consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

Acceptable Use

You may only audit websites you own or have authorization to audit. Do not use CertusAudit to scrape competitor data at scale.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuStack Digital Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin.
